I have one unit that when I select to compose an email, it drops right into the address book. All others go to the email page in the To: field. What setting allows me to control this?

I have one unit that when I select to compose an email, it drops right into the address book. All others go to the email page in the To: field. What setting allows me to control this?
Our Help Desk just received a call about this, I checked the settings on the unit as well as Desktop Manager but don't see anything??
