    Does anyone else share this problem? About 15% of the time when I use the web browser on my 7250, the device hangs onto whatever I am trying to access and pushing the escape key or doing a soft reset (alt-shift-delete) will not disconnect the browser. All I can see on the screen is the turning hourglass icon against a blank screen, and the only way to exit that mode is to disconnect the battery and do a hard reset.

    There doesn't seem to be any set factor (certain web sites, etc) that cause this to occur. Verizon has been no help at all with my queries. In almost three years of constant use, this is the only problem I have had with my Blackberry.

    Any ideas, anyone?
