I inheirted a Blackberry 7250 from a friend who swears it was able to make sounds prior to giving it to me. All it does right now is vibrate even though I've gone through the profiles and set them to vibrate and tone...

She believes that there is a setting we are missing in the process....

Please help?? I really don't want to have to send it in for service or..shudder... upgrade a this point.
