I'm not sure if the is the correct forum for this, but i think it is.
my current issue i have a
BB 7250
BES 4.0.2.8
carrier: VZW
the BB was sending email with the blackberry domain
we removed BB/VZW email, wiped the BB , cable synced then wireless sync
all ok
BB will receive emails, and calendar events
BB cannot send email (red X) or calendar changes.
the BES is configured correctly (configured like everyone esle on the BES)
BES is not out of licenses.
