    I have two questions about my Quark 7230 with OS 4.0:

    1. The firewall is locked to 'Enabled' even after removing the IT policy and blocks Internet access for apps. The seller says it can only be disabled on OS 4.3 - is this true?

    2. Where can I find a service book to enable the Internet Browser (not BlackBerry Browser or WAP Browser)?

    Memory is a bit foggy now, but for item 2, I believe the WAP browser was the only other browser on BBOS. At least up until OS 6 when the BlackBerry browser was updated to WebKit.

    The Help app says Internet Browser supports HTML, WAP Browser supports WML and BlackBerry Browser requires BES.
