I'd have to say the 8130. Out of curiosity, why the curiosity? :p
I like the appearance and the ergonimics of the older BBs, particularly the 72-- series and those similar. I'm still using a Curve I got in Oct. of '08. Primary use is text, email, weather, & Crackberry. This Curve is my first and only BB and I've always wanted to try one of the older models just for the fun of it. I need to find one that works on Sprint.

My first was an 8100. I used and abused it for almost two years. Abused to the point I had a replacement given to me, from a friend, after well over a year, and 4 keypad membranes. I'm totally down with the admiration for old BlackBerries. The 7xxx series was a tank. Funny, a close friend who also had an 8100, almost as long, pulled his out and fired it up just today. We waxed on whimsically about those days. :)
I commend you for your passion. Not sure what CDMA phones they made pre 8130. I will tell you, as much as I loved the old, there's no way I'd go backwards now. The processor on this 9650 makes me nutty enough.
i think its the 8130
Thanks for the info. Since January I've had a lot of fun with a 7250, 8830, back to the 8330 for awhile, and now using a 8703e. Have a 7130e to try as soon as I can get rid of the IT policy that is on it. May eventually try the 8130 as well.
