    WATERLOO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 21, 2013) - Developers continue to support BlackBerry 10, bringing more than 30,000 new applications to the platform over the past seven weeks. BlackBerry (BBRY)(BB.TO) today announced that BlackBerry 10 customers now have access to more than 100,000 applications for the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone on the BlackBerry World™ storefront.

    Today, Amazon Kindle, OpenTable and The Wall Street Journal are available to BlackBerry 10 customers and in the coming weeks CNN, The Daily Show Headlines, eBay, eMusic, Maxim, MLB at Bat, MTV News, Pageonce, PGA, Rdio, Skype, Soundhound and Viber will be available for download or purchase.

    Doesn't matter for now. Just give the option, then work on native.

    And the ported apps are working pretty well - from what I've read. Sideloads are a different story.

    Good that Skype, Soundhound, and Viber are still coming. Pretty bad that they won't be there for release and that there's no real timeframe for them

    Ah, Kindle!! One giant step to my Z10 purchase. Just need MLB At Bat now. Everything else I use can be pulled down from the browser.

    I'm ready to cancel my contract to get the z10 but blackberry needs to release a Chase app and a USAA banking app. Besides Instagram, that's the only thing keeping me back.

    Quality > quantity. Don't fall into the same trap as ios and android where 90%+ of apps are crap. Bring out the big name app!
