I don't care if it's one phone every two years. That's my contract length.

How about an all touch with the option for snap on physical keyboard? If done right, this could potentially satisfy everyone. The keyboard could also have an integrated case and extra battery. They could also have a version of snap on keyboard that is only the keyboard.

Think of the savings bb would get by only developing one model. Want all touch? Got it. Want pkb? Got it.
I have posted this before. One chassis with three screen / keyboard options. All touch, slider and PKB. Basically one phone with three versions.

I agree with the #SliderSolution - a happy marriage of all things holy and unholy that could work if given a chance.

... failures they have seemingly cropped up in almost every BB10 device (seems like only the Q5 and maybe Z30 have been issue-free).

Not putting oil in the fire, but the Z30 had the 10.3.1 dead screen drama (when discharged to exhaustion)...

One phone per year? A 3.75" BB10 Q10 successor with a touch capacitive keyboard and flagship specs.
I've been waiting for that dream phone for years. Though instead of Q10 size, give it the Classic screen size, & USB 3.1

If you have a capacitive keyboard you don't need the trackpad / toolbelt

    3 phones per year.
One specialty device - Passport / Slider
One Full Touch high end - Z50 etc.,
One physical keyboard phone - Classic

    All powered by BB10.

The slider comments crack me up. Sliders are thing of the past. There is no market for one with the exception of the 40 or so members on this website.

I would love to try a BlackBerry with hub and Android OS, passport or 5" all touch form factor. It would have kept me from the order I placed yesterday for a android device as my BlackBerry is no longer meeting my needs.

I hate the fact that after 8 years of being a BlackBerry user, that I have to swap to another platform

Interesting I dumped my Android because it was not meeting my needs. Which is why I use a Z30. Now my needs are meet.
There's nothing Android can offer me that BB10 can't. Android is one huge mess of an OS. Not going back, regardless what BlackBerry decides to do.

Now that I have had my Nexus 6 for a couple of weeks, I really miss the hub and bedside mode. But it is nice to now have apps that I need that actually work.

I plan to stick around here to keep up with the news so when BB10 has gotten to the point where it meets my needs again, I can come back
