    From InformationWeek:

BlackBerry's new smartphone earned one of the highest repairability ratings, an 8 out of 10.
This was in an article about the HTC One bombing the ifixit test.

It seems this device was built well, on a budget.
There were screwed used for plastic mid-frame that also doubled as fasteners for the motherboard.
It seems a lot of smart thinking went into the build of this device.
Best part is that it scored 8/10, which is a pretty high score that a rare amount of devices achieve now-a-days.

Build quality is one of the things I like about BlackBerry.

Clever design to reduce the quantity and types of screws used does not equate to being built on a budget. Companies know in advance the maximum cost they can live with and the selling price range over it's planned life cycle they need. They then pay Designer's Engineers, Production engineers, Part sourcing Engineers etc etc to make sure that there is the maximum gap between cost and selling possible and still adhere to pre-set quality standards, "which if you look at cell phones Blackberry is at or near the top in quality" another notable company would be HTC. Now if you really want to see built to a budget look at Samsung.
