Good news. One thing that would be better is not a total disaster on the 20th. Here's to hoping.

I was so confused from the 2011 post . I didn't see the home page and had to google the rest:

We should already be bracing ourselves for this one, but things will only get better. When you are at the bottom, there is only one way to go!

Good move. Next move should be moving the headquarter down here to the bay area.

How many millions would that cost? And what would that gain them? They would be bashed to hell in the canadian media.

    Most interesting:

"In addition to his role at SAP, Mr. Sims also serves on the board of directors and executive committee of CTIA, the industry group that represents the wireless industry."

What's the news? CEO fires 3 dudes and hires 3 more? Haven't we seen this before? I will not get excited until they perform. Great resumes, but don't they all?

No. I think these being outsiders is good. Also, I like that the marketing guy is enterprise based. I think that's where BB needs to go.

They a getting the band back together so they can essentially flip BlackBerry for a profit. I want to believe otherwise but am not so sure nowadays.
    One can hope though.

Bulbin, Tear, and.......I guess that's it. They were from outer space when Heins handed them winning lottery tickets. I'm sure BOD approved huge money for Chens new guys. They are from the US, so they must be good! Oooooph!

I think it's wishful thinking. Most are now going with "Good Technologies" there is one thing all the fanboys don't understand. The competition is watching, they will now zero in on the only strength BB has left. This end of the biz is lucrative, Chen sees this and is going after it 1000%. The issue is, the bleeding has begun, and everyone else will now go after it too!

I understand where you are going with this. But there are too many people to move and it would not make financial sense. Besides, it may be a struggling global business but it's still a Canadian company at its essence, for good or bad.
