    I agree with most of what he says except for the 'Steep learning curve" and gives no explanation. Just because it is different does not make it difficult to learn. Takes about 2 minutes to learn how to swipe. I too am mystified by the lack of uptake by end users. BB10 is an excellent OS.

    Took me a little more than 2 minutes, but it was by no means all that hard, you are right he does over emphasize that!

    It was nice to see a balanced report about BlackBerry for a change. With 10.31 with a 4.4 android run time coming soon should take care of most of his objections. I would also like BlackBerry to put a android app store on their phones Pre loaded maybe even Google play if they could work out a deal with Google, with a disclaimer that the apps in this store may not be secure,and a further statement to the effect that the apps in BlackBerry world have been tested and approved for security.

    That's a good point. I'd imagine it would be a paid app to supply the Google services. Not that I want to pay for it but..
