    It's seems they are reverting back to 9930, because only BlackBerry phones and Apple tablets are currently secure. There is a link at the bottom to another article that goes into more detail.

    Article title and content don't match. Nor does it jive with all of the reports of Android and iOS devices being deployed this year. Most of the deployments are under a plan to prevent reliance on one manufacturer.
