Like BlackBerry a few months ago, Beiber badly needs a management, marketing and image change.

Justin Bieber could use a little bit of John Chen's guidance and straight talk right about now.

It's always a crap shoot endorsing celebrities.

You want to align with who best fits your image, but you can't control what they do in their spare time.

Please, this kid is totally following the Hollywood script. This is just the beginning if his image change to be less straight edge. Ever teeny-bopper before him has done the same thing.

Doesn't make it right. Wrong is wrong no matter how many spoiled kids do it.

A professional grade smart phone being hawked by a teen celebrity who wears pants with the back end sagging down below his knees and that half the population has a strong dislike for?? No thanks, stay far, far away BlackBerry!

    Well said.

OJ was once considered money in the bank endorsement-wise.

If he makes a new album and it is a hit... none of this will matter.... all top celebs have ups and downs... different issue as to whether BB and Bieber would be a good fit....

I'm by no means a "Belieber," but he's hardly spoiled.

While the quality of his music is definitely debatable, his success is not; and he has earned everything he has, including the criminal charges against him.

It was pretty obvious what was going to happen to him. I stated months ago that he would have been a bad choice and that his popularity was declining, and you all called me out of touch. Well, look were we are now. Stop telling the youth what they like and start listening.

I don't object to celeb endorsements out of hand, but I never liked the idea of Beiber. I don't even have anything against him personally, it's just that so many people feel strongly negatively about him that using him would have alienated many, many users. I think it could have repelled as many buyers as it would have attracted. Maybe more.

Bieber's attitude wouldn't be nearly be as tolerated in any other culture as the USA. No offence America, but you do have the largest fan base of Justin Bieber, and many of the 'modern' young teens adore him for reasons unknown to me.

We didn't nearly like his graffiti, abusive swearing and trouser-wearing-techniques, as much as other places do.
