A BlackBerry 8120, an Apple 4-Gbyte iPhone, the Motorola Razr 2 & the Sony Ericsson W910i Walkman were each put through their paces in equivalent tests transferring the following sample data from PC to handhelf device.

CD: "Once More With Feeling" by the cast of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (49.7 Mbytes, composed of 22 songs ranging in length from 00:00:20 to 00:06:56)

TV show: "Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 3, Episode 1" (275.9 Mbytes, with a duration of 00:44:52)

Movie: "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (552.5 Mbytes, with a duration of 01:25:24)

Here for the results, and why data transfer rates with a Blackberry handheld and Desktop Manager literally blew the competition out of the water

I am certainly NOT getting these speeds to my 4GB microsd card in my Blackberry 8310. Instead of the reported 4sec+ for a CD, it seems my Curve is taking about a minute!
Are these rates only a Pearl thing? Or is there something on my Curve that I can tweak to improve this?

    Any help appreciated!
