When (if ever) is the 8320 coming to AT&T? I'm waiting to get a curve, but would rather have wi-fi if possible.

    Welcome to CrackBerry!

Not sure the exact timeframe of the 8320 for ATT. As mentioned, you can get an unlocked TMobile 8320.

Having WiFi on ATT does not really improve much... it is much more useful on TMobile with UMA! For ATT, the WiFi can only be used for browsing!

On TMobile it can be used for all data, voice and browsing (using UMA and WiFi)

THanks for the welcome! That's a good idea, but I don't know if I want to shell out $400-$500 for one. I might just settle for 8310 from AT&T for $150.

Honestly, that is your best bet. ATT does not have the UMA functionality for devices with WiFi, so the only additional gain is browsing on WiFi from time to time.

The main reason I love the WiFi on my TMo Curve is UMA! Without UMA, the WiFi is pointless (if you have a data plan).

I assume you will have a data plan on the Curve, so the WiFi browsing is an unneeded feature. Stick with the 8310 and save some $$

I don't really care for UMA functionality, since I never go over my minutes...I only want it for faster surfing. I'm still undecided...I'll wait a few more weeks, although it's killing me. The more I read here the more I want one now.

When the Bold comes out you can have my unlocked 8320. It will be less than $400. $399.99 + shipping..........I kid I kid. But seriously I may sell mine if and when the bold comes out on T mobile.
