BlackBerry CEO John Chen has said the company has passed the "danger" phase, and is now headed towards a revival phase, which is aimed at transforming the erstwhile handset leader into a software and security company.
That pretty much says it all.....

I do think they have shown that the company should be ok going forward... maybe they'll have their own version of hardware to be sold as an "addon" with the software solutions.
