Was really more an advertisement for products from Skycure.... sounds like they have their own DTEK app.

But it also sounded like if the don't change the settings in Android to allow 3rd party apps to be installed, if you don't go to questionable sites where a pop-up asks you to install something.... no problems. Also seems like if you are using the current of last generation of Android... your ok too.

And again, only Android OS versions from 2013 (Kitkat) and prior are affected.

Plus, in a more general sense, the monthly security patches offered by Nexus and Priv go a long way in locking down the OS from threats before they become anything more than theoretical.

Let's see some real stats about how many people were negatively affected. If all these vulnerabilities were producing lots of real life issues, people would be running form Android. Just like our PC's, we learn how to be safe and avoid problems.

Yes, because people are running from Facebook as well, even though we all know it's unsafe and hijacks your stuff. People don't even know how to think for themselves these days, they only care about instagram and snapchat, party's and whatever.

Your last sentence is arrogant. You know nothing about most people and their ability to "think for themselves".
