Newbie questions:

1. I don't want to password protect my device, simply because I am lazy. If its stolen or lost or other, can it be completely wiped ?

2. Will the desktop manager permit me to save my "config" to desktop so it would be easy rebuild after a wipe ???

I have searched these forums and found so much insight. I ask above only after trying to locate this info without success.

2. Yes. Desktop Manager includes a back up tool.
