TRansfer Pearl contacts to outlook

I have a new Pearl 8130 from Verizon. I got my contacts onto my Pearl then my Dell pocket PC deleted all from outlook. I need to know how to get them from the pearl back to outlook. I really don't want to hand jam 210 contacts. When I try and sync the pearl and outlook it wants to delete them from the pearl and I reject that. I am new to the BB so all help will be appreciated.

Install Desktop Manager on your pc. Now connect your BlackBerry to your pc with the cable, and run desktop manager. Now use the sync option...

Yep, a quick sync to Outlook should do it.
