    Hey there, can't seem to save the ringtones to my blackberry. The wallpapers no problem, the attachment comes through and I can save it, but with the ringtones, no attachment and I can not click on the link in the email. What am I doing wrong? Followed the directiong on the front page....

    Click on the BB button, one of the options is save ringtone.

    it does not bring up a save ringtone option.....it's almost like the ringtone link is not working...

    Okay, that wasn't the answer I was looking for from you. Please explain why you can't click on the link. What happens when you try to? I can't see your phone. You have to explain the problem to us.

    I can't do anything. I go down to the link and press the BB button but there is no option to save it and it does not open my media player, but if I go into my actual email from the computer I can click the link to download it. The link is not linking to the ringtone through my BB.

    The best questions is "Where are you getting the ringtones from?"

    I know I tried using my iTunes ringtones and they aren't mp3 format and therefore couldn't save as ringtones.

    push the trackball, not the menu button. that will allow you to follow the link from your pearl. hope this helps. if not, give us more details!
