    I work in two different companies. My Outlook calendar from both companies sync fine with the Blackberry. However, the entries made in the calendar on my PC at company 1 (which are on the phone) don't appear on the calendar on the PC at company 2, and the entries made on the calendar on the PC on company 2 (which are on the phone) don't appear on the calendar on the PC company 1. All other Outlook items (contacts, to do's) sync fine between the companies. Suggestions? Thanks.

    have you thought about simply inviting yourself to all appointments?

    I know this doesnt answer your stated question, but this may be one approach to resolving your issue.
