I am trying to synch my laptop with my BB 8820. I'm using Desktop Manager ver 4.6.0.12. I connect my BB to my laptop and go to the Synchronization Configuration screen in Desktop Manager. Then I click the button that says "Synchronization" (to "configure synchronization settings for the desktop program"). I get a message that says I must be connected to the Internet, please retry. Trust me, I am connected to the internet -- I'm on the forum, aren't I? I've gotten this message a couple of times over a couple of days, so I doubt it's just a quirk of cyberspace. Something must be wrong. Any ideas?
