    So I got my Curve and activated the phone, did the sync with all my Outlook contacts & calendar, etc. All good. But there's something missing from my e-mail setup.

    When I go to setup my e-mail, I only have the option to use a work e-mail account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

    Anyone know the quick way to fix this?

    Do you have a BB Data Plan on your account?

    The issue was that my carrier (ATT) added the data plan to my billing, but didn't activate it. They gave me a few days credit for not having the plan available when I received the device.

    Everything is now right in the world.

    Ah ha... I knew it was data plan related. That's usually the way it is... carrier's sometimes have a tendancy for screwing things up. Glad you got it fixed.
