    On my 8310 I had to format my media card. However I did a back up via the Blackberry Desktop Manger 4.5.0.16 (Nov 9 2008). How do I restore the ringtones only through the Blackberry Desktop Manger? I clicked on �Back up & Restore�, then I clicked on �Advance�, then I went to �file� then �open� and clicked on the .ipd file I wanted open. However I could not figure out what Database the ring tones are in. Does anybody know what Database the ringtones are in?

    If the ringtones were on your memory card the Backup
    would not have picked them up. If you formatted the card
    you have lost them.
