I noticed on the images of the Kickstart on the review where the carrier name would be it says "crackberry.com" How do I do that? It'd be cool to put whatever you want there. I searched but couldn't find it.
Go to my account(top right). Then go to modify forms settings (something like that) click edit profile.

That I am not sure you can, but if it's possible someone will say so. Since you are on WAP when you scroll over the wallpaper above if you hit menu>select mode>you will see dotted lines around the pic>select full image and save...
