Log into your sprint account>Go to email settings>Select the email address that you want to edit and in there you will see the default signature which you can then delete and leave blank or replace with your custom signature.
Still had no luck. I logged in and explored the sprint website pretty thoroughly and can find any e-mail setting to adjust. There is one spot that talks about notations (under signatures) but there is nothing in the box. Are you sure it is not something I can change on the phone itself?
Look through this:
How to remove "Sent from my Blackberry"
the link you sent won't open. where did you find it so i can go directly to the "horse's mouth". thanks.

The website to access your email settings for your BB via your PC is:
https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=sprint
Here you can add/delete and modify existing email accounts, including your signature, which can be set to anything you'd like (including getting rid of Sprint's advertisement).
Enjoy!
Sorry, try again:

Thanks. I Think It Worked. My Wife And I Have A Shared Plan. Will The Changes I Made Affect Both Phones. It Didn't Let Me Select Either One When I Logged In.
Each device will have it's own login. It is PIN dependant.
where do I find my devise pin number?
You should see it a couple of ways... Options / scroll down to "Status" and you'll see PIN down the list.
Also if you, connect to Desctop Manager on your computer, with your phone connected you should see it displayed in the bottom left hand corner of your Desktop Manager screen. Hope that helps :)
