OK so I've been having the worst luck with BB's for the past month. I had a 8320 from T-mobile and my boyfriend decided he wanted to switch over to Sprint. So now I have a 8330. Well I just got the phone yesterday. I've added 11 of my friends on my bb messenger. Well this morning I got a message from my boyfriend and noticed I'm not able to see him or any of my other contacts anymore. It's like my whole contact list is gone. I tried taking the battery out but that didn't work. Do anyone know what could be the problem or do I need to call Sprint?
