Hi all - I just got my first Blackberry (Bold) yesterday and have been having fun playing with it. So far I'm very impressed with the phone and brand!
One tiny problem - I can't open attachments from Gmail Mobile on my phone. I accessed the same email with the same attachments (.jpg and .pdf) on my husband's Bold and it worked.
I don't know what's "wrong" with my Bold or Gmail settings... any suggestions?
not having a bold myself i cant give you a definite answer, but with my experience in having gmail on my bb ive never had such a prob, especially with those type of commonly tranferred files. the only solution i could offer would be to perhaps uninstall and then reload the app cross your fingers and hope for the best. if this doesnt work i hope someone here can help you further
