I bought the Blackberry Storm earlier this year for one reason only: to send/receive emails. On 12/17 I was expecting a very critical email from my personal physician, which never arrived causing a critical delay in obtaining vital script info.
Since that time, I have experienced two other 'blackouts' from RIMM's email service. As soon as Verizon gets the iPhone in my area, I am out of Blackberry for good...telling 10 people to tell 10 people to tell 10 people (the power of email. Ain't it great!)
The fact that Blackberry crashed on the very day I needed receipt of a critically important email seems to smack of irony. I think Blackberry ought to rename my model the "PERFEK STORM". It would prove more apt...
