Under options and in security you will find what your looking for.
Also, if you have the dial from home screen, off, you can hold the letter K to lock it...
Doesn't that only lock the keyboard? I might be wrong, password is turned off on mine.
If you DON'T have the password set, then yes, it will just lock the keyboard. But, if password is set, it locks the device...
