I like the other one, but this one has already started to get on my nerves. Apps keep popping back up after I have deleted them(more often than the used to) and a few things are different that make the phone look cheap and out dated, while other things look better. ok so here's a question, since I don't like this one can I use my back up to get the old version back?

To get your official carrier OS back from TMobile... download it and then use the downgrade procedure link in my signature! It will be very similar to how you upgraded.

Or mess with the settings in OS 4.5 to make it more likable

The Blackberry 101 lesson's on CB are a great resource for learning more about your BB... bmcclure is correct, just follow the directions and you can put your old OS back on your phone.
