I just picked up a Bold 9000. Thus far I am pretty happy with it.

Are there free themes for the Bold 9000 I can download to play with? I downloaded a them via ATT MediaNet OTA. But how do I download a them via a PC and put it on my BlackBerry?

Also when I download images say to be used for a background....how do I fit it to the screen without the picture having borders? I see an option that say: Fit To Screen on the device but I must be doing something wrong.

Oh..and is Plazmic a good program to use? Its for developing Themes as I understand. Can it be used to just add themes on my device?

    Thanks!

Using Desktop Manager is the best way to put items whether they be programs, pictures, songs or Themes. Hope this helps.

And for your borders issue, simply use a different theme. AT&Ts theme has borders and I don't think there is any way to change that other than using a different theme.

I'm pretty conservative with my theme... but I sure love this free one: http://forums.crackberry.com/f83/tod...me-bold-76350/

and there's more if you search away

I just searched this up on creating wallpaper, I guess you are just going to have to search out 480 x 240 wallpapers and you are set.

here's cool stuff: InterfaceLIFT: apple_iphone_320x480 Wallpaper sorted by Date

    Hi Kristi,

I've tried a few themes since then and didn't like them, I've stuck with this one. If you have any caledar display issues, which are related your default email address, let me know. ie: My Microsoft Outlook is associated with my Email #1, I have to make sure that this is the default email address in my Berry as well or the calendar will not display on the Toaday theme home screen. Learned this the hard way, and it got kinda messy with multible calendar entries being created while I was fixing it etc..

    See you around,

    Peter

You could try just searching the word "Theme" and/or "Themes" with the CB search engine and specify the Bold 9000 forum only. If you go to search forums / advanced search / key word search / search by title ... (select the "search in Blackberry Bold 9000 forum)

and/or here... Wallpaper & Themes (look for ones specific to your phone) lot's of great free ones available and other good ones for cheap. http://forums.crackberry.com/f16/

I disagree. OTA is usually preferable.
