Today is a sad day for me.:( I recently lost use of my track ball on my 8310. I can't get my phone in the dial from homescreen mode. Can anyone help? Thanks and greatly appreciated. I'm trying to sync my jawbone to my 8310 also.

Did you try pulling the battery out, leave it out for at least 30 seconds? Hope this helps.
