    hi guys im new to the forum. i just traded my iphone for the blackberry curve 8900(shoulda done it awhile ago). I got the unlock code from tmboile and i then wiped the blackberry clean through a setting in the advanced options menu. The gentleman had his gmail address syned with the phone and after i wiped it, it shows as their is no current email address syned with the phone but i still recieve emails that are being sent to his email address. Their is no email address visible in the service book. I tried creating a username and password on the blackberry for the email setup however it says that their is one already associated with the phone's pin number. I had the gentleman call up tmobile and delete his bb username and pw and i still continue to recieve his emails. can anyone help me please? im sorry if i am confusing you guys, i just dont know exactly how to word it.

    Confirm to t-mobile tech support if the account is already deleted. Or try the battery pull trick
