hi.. i'm Berlin. i'm newbie in BB n CB....
i need help for my live messenger... i need the service book for live messenger. i can't download from the website, and always shown "an unspecified error has occured"
any body can solve this problem?
how/where i can get the service book? if anybody have it, can u share with me??

If you're referring to BBM you should be able to install that from your Desktop Manager.
