Hi new here just got a BB Curve 8320 on tmobile network. I'm trying to download the desktop app off of the bb website. When I run the download its asking for a communication port but won't let me select anything. I have my bb connected to my laptop. I also can't find where they installed my desktop software either. Is there anything out there better than the desktop app from bb? Thanks.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager defaults to C:\Program Files\Blackberry.

If you are having trouble getting an USB port connection, BlackBerry support has published a paper to help you resolve the problem.
