I have a new BB Bold with an unlimited BIS plan.

I would like to follow the Bold forum using my BB. So, I installed viigo (CB edition). However, it just gives you the forum for BB Storm or you can add "Devices & Help" alltogether, well excluding Storm. Is there a way to add just the forum for Bold?

Also, I see CB logo on some of the pictures of themes posted by CB members. What is it for? A shortcut to a web page on CB site? Or is it some sort of reader?

    Best wishes,
    Mufit

The CB logo is the launcher that will automatically launch your browser and load the CB forums wap page (mob friendly)...

Thank you for the link, DD1968.

    I have one more question.

My unlimited internet data plan doesn't include wap which is quite costly for me. Could you please tell me if the crackberry_launcher using wap connection or not when accessing the forums?

    Thanks,
    Mufit

What is WAP? I found this thread by searching for it. I'm sure there is some discussion on it. I've got a list of several emulation modes and never know which to use - BB, Openwave (WAP), Openwave Gateway, Microsoft IE, MS Pocket IE, or Netscape.

Thanks, that helps. However, in the Emulation option, I never know which option to choose. Any ideas?

    Browser
    Menu
    Options
    Browser Configuration

    Check all boxes
Show Images: On WML & HTML Pages
    Emulation Mode: BlackBerry

To download OTA Apps you have to have the emulation mode set to BlackBerry.
