Hi guys.

I was wondering if it's possible to restore some of the deleted applications. For example, let's say I deleted a sprint navigation and email,. Will I have to download the whole thing from the the website, or will I still be able to locate the icons for them and download them from there??

If you did a backup you can just go to a date before you deleted them and restore it

Back up/restore only backs up data. Not Applications. You can check app loader in desktop manager. If the application you want to reinstall is there, check the box to reinstall. If not, yes redownload it from sprint. As for the email you need to tell me more about what you did.

You can delete apps frm the options screen then select apps when it loads them up u vn delet them off.

If you delete an application you cannot restore it with the same data. The desktop software ONLY backs up data, not applications.

u have to use the desktop manager software to restore those programs i'm afraid.
