Hiii!
I just got my Blackberry Pearl, and I love it! But I haven't a clue how to use any thing, it took me FOREVER to figure out e-mail (turns out I had to call verizon to delete the previous owner off the BIS).

ANYWAY, I am an AIM addict, but when I tried to install it, it said my phone isn't compatible with AIM. what can i do to fix this!?

I do believe VZW provides their own AIM app which uses SMS. So if you don't have unlimited SMS, do not use this. If you have an unlimited data plan, I suggest Beejive (the crowd favorite), or Webmessenger.

I'm with verizon too. And yes they do charge it as a text mess. I pay extra just to use y messeager.

welcome to CB, if you don't have an unlimited plan, I suggest you strongly look into it. It will come in handy when you get used to the phone.
