I do not use Outlook for my business. I use a database by the name of ACT. Is there a download available for ACT that will allow me to download these profiles to my phone?
If its Sage ACT, your should be able to configure it for synchronization in BBDTM. Synchronize>Configure> Configure Sync> Highlight Address Book and Click Choose. Sage ACT should be in the list. If you haven't input any contacts into the device, use import to put all your contacts on your phone (be sure to change back to sync afterwards). If you have put contacts in, continue to use synchronize. You will also need to do this for all the other apps you use with ACT. ie Memo, Tasks, and calendar.
