Hello Everyone,

I purchased the Blackberry 8703e about 2 1/2 months ago and I have one question. The flashing green light turns red. What does the red flashing light mean? Someone told me it meant incoming mail, another said it's the connection etc.... Whatever info you could provide would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Received a call and got the answer about the firewall. Just need to know about the flashing light. Thanks again.

Red = new notification, which can be for:

1. Email
2. Pin Message
3. Text
4. MMS
5. VoiceMail
6. Phone calls

...not sure about Calendar & Tasks notifications though.
