i'm looking into getting either t mobile or alltel and i've got questions about the curve on both. are they both 3g/evdo? can they record video? any annoying bugs i should know about?

They are not 3G... I believe only the Bold and Storm are the only 2 3G BBs. If they have 4.5 on them they should record video, but I think they will have 4.2 on them. Its easy to upgrade, just look in the 83xx curve forum
