Could someone explain the difference between these 2? If I want to type in a todo list which one would I want to use. Is there another way to get to these other than actually clicking on their desktop icon?

MemoPad is an "e-version" of a piece of paper an pencil. Basically used to take down a note. Tasks can be prioritized and checked off, due dates set among other things. As far as getting to them other than clicking on them, I'm not sure how else it would work...
