    I start the BB Desktop Manager and the button to start the Media Manager is not highlighted (meaning I can't click on it). Is anyone else experiencing this?
    How can I fix this? I want to transfer video files to my Storm.

    Did you download this from the website or from the disk that came with your Storm?

    It sounds like you didn't install the one that supported Media. There are two versions - one with MM and one without!
