    okay so i have a blackberry curve and my carrier is verizon, i know that verizon is known for its great texting and its EMS texting (more than 160 characterS) this has probably been asked, but why cant i do it from my blackberry? and is there anyway to get more than 160 characters without doing mms or e-mail?

    To the best of my knowledge, no!! I haven't seen a way to do that myself. Good luck though!!

    alright thanks, does anyone else know? i know other phones break them into more than one text but this just stops and are there software updates for blackberries?
