Enabling Mass Storage Mode on your BB allows you to access the media card just as if it was a USB thumb drive.

Could you say that in English! So should I be saying yes or no when I plug it in?

    Sorry to be so thick

If you have a media card in your BB, mass storage mode let's you access it just like a USB thumb drive. I don't know how else to dumb it down.

Yes, but what's a thumb drive, - a memory stick? Perhaps an American / British terminology difference?

I think that's what they mean.

Yes, a thumb drive is a memory stick.

Say yes to allowing mass storage mode if you want to access the memory cards files from your pc.
