    Attempting to login - it keeps telling me to "check information" as my password (which I just checked on my device e-mail settings...is correct...) keeps getting rejected.

    When I clicked "forgot p-word" (on my computer, not device) a msg was generated to my device saying that my account does not exist, but I do indeed have a blackberry vzw email set up?

    So then, I thought ok I'll just make one then...and my PIN/ESN are accounted for...

    I attempted login to BIS via device but I get an error message.

    I'm not sure how to handle this...

    i think it might have to do with your email .....not the device and i would get the it dept. involved
