I got the Bold 9700, I think it's pretty descent, but the key sizes are so much smaller than my previous phone.

I agree, i have sausage fingers and I can type really fast on my Bold 9780. Once you get used to it you'll have no problem with it.

I don't have a problem with the size, I just wish they were a bit more spread out.

nggrs, I agree! Used a Nokia e61 before, more spread out and different layout... BB is rather different Oh well, gotta get used to it i guess!

You'll adjust and find the 9700 keyboard to be one of the best you've ever used. The BB portrait-style QWERTY is very comfortable to type on, and very forgiving for those of us with somewhat generous finger girths.
