Hi Guys, Poland here.

Since K2 I am hoping for a great comeback of oldschool PKB phones! I must admit, I read the doubletap pointer mode thread on one breath, one night (every. single. post.).... I was hoping to see the light... But I think I will wait for K3 instead or definitive end to this issue, hopefully January2019.

I never used a BB device since they are very rarely seen in my country. But I was always inclined towards physical keyboard. I am 80s child and grew up with Nokia 3310, Siemens SL45, Nokia Communicator, Nokia 95, 8210...and I just can't stand tapping on glass, no matter how smart or fast they are. Owned Galaxys S3, S5, iPhone 4s, Samsung A3 2017 and now Huawei P20. I really like the phone, but I am concerned with Chinese gov having even a slight possibility to pressure Huawei to gather data and pass it to their databases. They own the code...
So for me personally, having BB security culture giving me a peace of mind is very important. And the PKB is my dream come true.

You guys are positive oldschool fanatics, keep it up!

I wouldn't expect any new phones to hit shelves until next summer. If I were you and interested in a PKB, I'd give the KEY2 and try.

For the Key3 - I'll wait. And that is because the K2 is already a very very nice phone. I have high hopes for the K3 ^. ^

I wish also Nokia picked up on E71/72 series and Samsung rebirth of i607... ish something. That could give some spice to the PKB android world...
