If you have docs to go on your device, open word to go and hit menu key. Check for updates. This will get you sheets to go which will open .xls files. Provided you have a media card and you enabled mass storage mode on the device (options/media card. enable media card and enamble mass storage).Load the files by plugging the device into the pc via the usb. Open my computer and you will ee your blackberry as a flash drive. Open the folder to show you to the right folder you want. Drag and drop.
As rlp already explained, there is no way currently to sync your excel and word files on the BB. The closest you can do is to replace them using the drag and drop technique as rlp said. Dataviz does discuss in their app support section that there is still plans to add a sync ability once the demand is high enough for it.
